Sorry to hear that you are a victom of lardassosis.
I too was a lard ass. On January 1st of 08' I was 270 lbs.
and at 5'9" was looking a little chubby in the ass area. Actually a little chubby in all areas.
I decided to start smokoing meth...Just kidding.
I actually bought an elliptical machine at Sears. I bought a pretty decent one it was about six hundred but I put it on 12 months same as cash and when you figure it up it's cheaper than a gym pass. Plus I can do it in the nude with one of Gia's sex scenes playing on the plasma!!! I like her scene from Glazed and Confused best for working out to!
Anyway... I started doing the elliptical every night after work for about one hour. I would put on Maury Povich and go kinda slow during the show but then kick ass during the commercials. I would put on a about two t-shirtd and a sweatshirt over that with underwear, gym shorts and heavy addadis insulated sweat pants.
I found the elliptical machine to be pretty easy on my knees wich are fucked because I got both legs broken below the knees in a car wreck ten years ago.
I also began watching what I ate. I was not on any kind of diet plan. I just started eating the kinds of things you are supposed to eat in the portions that you are supposed to eat them in. Once a week I would have cheat meal. I could go whereever I wanted and have as much as I wanted. Usually it was pizza. I never brought home the left overs.
After a while of eating grilled chicken on the Foreman grill and steamed veggies I really didnt want junk food so much and when I would eat crappy food for cheat meal it started to make me feel sick and I would shit it out almost immeadiately.
After six months I was down to 195 and over a year later I am still at 205....So it can be done it just takes a little effort.
Also...barfing is O.K. too...
