I went for a run around my apartment complex today, I think that was good for maybe 1/2 mile?
Then I headed to the fitness center & walked “briskly” (well, at least I think it was “briskly” = 4.0mph) on the treadmill for 15 minutes.
Did I pass?
Sure feels good, I think I’ll do it again tomorrow.
I did some curls this evening with Belvidere & Tonic Water.
