40% of what? What are the girls making per minute? What kind of traffic do you have? If the money potential can't rival other cam sites, why would anyone switch? How and how often are the girls paid? What is the average (honest now) amount your girls are taking home weekly now? What are the site rules? What makes your site worth being on over the others? These are the basics I'd want to know.
