Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults Act of 2009 - Prohibits the imposition of any penalty under an Act of Congress for the possession of marijuana for personal use or for the not-for-profit transfer between adults of marijuana for personal use. Deems the possession of 100 grams or less of marijuana as personal use (one ounce or less for a not-for-profit transfer between adults). Allows the imposition of a civil penalty under the Controlled Substances Act for the public use of marijuana if such penalty does not exceed $100.

Colorado ski town legalizes pot

Claudio from your post I gather you either:

A) Actually believe that the prisons are full of recreational pot smokers.
B) Are an America bashing foreigner, liberal, or both.
C) Have no sense of humor.
D) Love Barney and all the great things he has done for this country.
E) Got your education in the same public bathroom stalls as Barney.

Barney Frank is an excellent illustration in favor of term limits.

"The Boston Globe reports that Frank was on the front porch and told police that he never saw the plants and would not have recognized them. Frank repeated those remarks to Boston TV station FOX25, saying he would not recognize the plants because "he is not a great outdoorsman" and "would not recognize most plants."

A) He is a congenital liar.
B) I would have more respect for him if he did smoke pot and admitted it.
C) Do you really want to be represented by a man who cannot recognize most plants? And thinks that recognizing plants makes you a great outdoorsman? He concocted this lame story figuring the gay stereotype of not being athletic would be more believable.
