I tried to find the topic in which this site was discussed before but could not find it.

Anyways just wanted to mention that one of the sellers that sell there dvd's from there sold me a dvd and when i got it. The dvd was not there. I got the case, but not the dvd. After sending a few e-mails to the seller about the problem and his promises to send me the dvd didn't seem to pan out. I complained to customer service and they refunded me the price for the dvd and the shipping. Anyways just wanted to mention that.

For the most part I have been happy with that site, just a few times I have had problems with the sellers, but usually things work out.

So tell us which seller it is so we can stay away from him. I also have bought a number of things over there and never had a serious problem.

I buy from there almost exclusively.

Sounds like customer service at ADM was helpful.

The seller was guniek. He has a small inventory, mostly used dvd's. Which I don't mind purchasing cause the quality isnt any worst than the video store.

For the most part I am with them. I have had a few problems in the past, not many but with this excpetion the seller has been very accomodating in remeding the problem. Which if I recall correctly was filthy dvd's.

Anyways, I just wanted to mention that even though I had this one occasion where the seller and I had problems that were not getting resolved the customer service took care of it and gave me a refund.

It's a good place. I use them more than any other, although I would not say that I use them exclusive. I also use fivestardvd.com and adultdvdempire.com I just go where I can get the best prices and although marketplace is ually the best price, that is not always the case.
