I rank them as:

1. Sushi Nozawa in Studio City. Freshest fish, but chef/servers have bad attitudes.

2. Cho Cho San in Thousand Oaks. Very original spicy sauce and special orders such as seared albacore with spinach in a southwestern sauce.

3. Sushi Traditions in Simi Valley. Very fresh fish, unique sauces such as their Maui sauce, and friendly chefs/servers.
