Hmmm, if it's an internet watchdog they probably would have asked for the site logs. There are other way's of logging the people that go onto a web site without actually having to ask the administrators permission as well.

I know they already do this in North America and they don't display a form of recognizable logo. If Monkey is lying or not he still is acting like a nut and could bring problems on this site one way or another if he keeps perusing this subject.
