Richmond...nice town. We really should follow some Nazi protocols and liquidate specific ghettos before they infest places where humans live. Fire has always been the cleanser of choice. I mean really, has anything ever come from Richmond worth saving? And think of all the time and money that would be saved by eliminating this cesspool of gang violence, drug dealing and welfare baby's mommas. Hell, maybe the crime rate in the whole east bay would drop if this zit on the ass of the east bay was popped.

Oh, like there's no white gang rapists? Who gives a shit what color they are? The guys who did this need to be put UNDER the jail, pure and simple. And, frankly, I'm not so sure we don't need to do the same to the wastes of flesh who stood by and watched without even calling the cops.

Not just pics, but I'm sure video. Possessing either would be an additional crime since she's underage. They should all go directly to hell, not jail. Matter of fact, the school should just Poltergeist implode itself straight to hell. Barring that happening, the school should be immediately closed down and all the kids transferred to other school.

And that's just it, Steez. As stated in the link I posted above, it's illegal for a witnessed crime involving children to go unreported in CA. However...
"The Sherrice Iverson Child Victim Protection Act passed in 1999 makes it a misdemeanor to fail to report a crime against a child. However, the bill only applies to victims 14 or younger. The victim in the California gang-rape case was 15."
Yea, misdemeanor. So, unfortunately, there's no legal responsibility for the people who watched. Authorities have to wait it out and see if someone can be charged with possessing child pornography or something.
