A lot of companies have try outs for positions.. Basketball teams, football teams, Etc. If these ladies knew that they were competeing with another woman for a role, maybe they would show more excitement in thier scenes. I'm thinking that Tia does a good job of showing excitement.

It's the American way, the best people get the best jobs. Just because you may have had one good scene does not mean hat you will ever again. I see no problem with try outs. Prior to investing any money I always vett as much as possible. If you dont do your homework you will fail.

I say auditions should be a normal part of the business.Keeps those ladies on their toes.
