I've never heard of him, and I've been shooting in LA for about 12 years. I talked to a couple people about this story--it's been on AdultFYI all morning--and no one I spoke to has heard of him either.
The guy is not an agent, he's a sexual predator. I talked to a real adult industry agent earlier, and he told me a story about this guy "auditioning" a girl. What he did may not constitute rape, but it was probably sexual assault. This guy is a menace, and possibly dangerous.
The Grand Vizier follows up with this: I just ran a WHOIS search on this website...There's a person's name attached to the email address in the listing: Vladik Ivankov.

I actually hadn't been duped ... I luckily had someone to help me along when i first started in the industry. However, I ALWAYS see local ads of companies promoting this. I actually had a company call me from Chicago stating they were shooting for West Coast Prod but required an audition. So ... we called Terry at West Coast ... lol ... of course he wasn't so happy and contacted the company in Chicago himself.
Can't say any agency i've run into in LA has ever asked that before.

Weren't you with Foxxx before, I think that is when I met you. I've heard from a couple girls in his agency that he tries to get the girls to blow him, but more as a casual gesture after/while they're rep'd by him rather than a "tryout".

A lot of companies have try outs for positions.. Basketball teams, football teams, Etc. If these ladies knew that they were competeing with another woman for a role, maybe they would show more excitement in thier scenes. I'm thinking that Tia does a good job of showing excitement.
It's the American way, the best people get the best jobs. Just because you may have had one good scene does not mean hat you will ever again. I see no problem with try outs. Prior to investing any money I always vett as much as possible. If you dont do your homework you will fail.
I say auditions should be a normal part of the business.Keeps those ladies on their toes.

Facts are facts if it was known to all as part of the process....maybe no one would be so shocked as to think....especially the newbies.....
In the real world...there are many, many jobs that require tests, training...etc....
New typists have to take a typing test....so its not such a "new" concept....but most of them know it upfront.
Springing it on someone at the last minute or giving the insinuation that it would be in the best interest of their short time in the biz is kind of shady...now if the talent agencies trade association had a uniform code of regulation....then people couldn’t really bitch......its kill or be killed as they say.
