Like driving through alphabet city and having to stop at a light. You can usually count to five before some bum is "washing" your windshield for you. Of course, the demand for payment for "services" quickly follows. This scenario is so common, it has been parodied many times. Unfortunately it is rooted in reality, and yet another indication of the unraveling of society.

Say what you want about Giuliani, but he did a decent job of cleaning that crap up and making the city livable.


There are also these "Hip-Hop Hustla Niggas" in NYC, especially around the 34th Street, Times Square and 5th Avenue - the areas where tourists are. These Hip-Hop Hustla Niggers are always looking for some fools, especially tourists. They approach them and hand them out their CD (with their music) like it is a freebie, then they ask for a payment. Also there are these blacks who sell candy on the streets and on the subway so they can "stay out of the streets/trouble" or so they can "support they basketball team and play b-ball on the basketball court".
