Like driving through alphabet city and having to stop at a light. You can usually count to five before some bum is "washing" your windshield for you. Of course, the demand for payment for "services" quickly follows. This scenario is so common, it has been parodied many times. Unfortunately it is rooted in reality, and yet another indication of the unraveling of society.
