They approach them and hand them out their CD (with their music) like it is a freebie, then they ask for a payment. Also there are these blacks who sell candy on the streets and on the subway so they can "stay out of the streets/trouble" or so they can "support they basketball team and play b-ball on the basketball court".

I gave a squeegee nigger in philly a hard time at a really long red light about asking me for money to wash my windshield. He didn't even have windex...just a bottle of dirty sewer water. After arguing with me he threw his tip cup at me with almost 15 bucks in change in it. I drove off with it. This happened back in the late 90s when the squeegee hustle was pretty popular in the area.

Yes, I know that there is a diverse set of African Americans, but most of them are niggas that I stay away from and don't want to be associated with. There are a lot of good African Americans there in the world, and a most of them are nice people. I persoanlly know a good number of good African Americans, I studied and worked with a number of them. To me an nigga is someone like 50 Cent of DMX who are always angry, loud, bad-mannered and such. And African American is someone like Eddie Murphy or Cedric the Entertainer, both who are more civil and good-mannered than your average nigga from the ghetto who only thinks about robbing a bank so he can play b-ball on the court and then run away from the cops in his new Jordans while wearing a Sean John hoodie so he would blend-in with the night.
To me a someone who is a nigga is someone is living a nigga lifestyle.

I agree with this statement. Black people are a diverse group. Some are murderers. Many sell drugs, and even more are addicted to crack. Some black men rape black women, and some rape children. 40% of the white women who are raped, are raped by blacks (reaching out and embracing multi-cultural diversity, even though the number of black women raped by white men is statistically zero.) Many engage in what white people call "typical nigger behavior" or TNB for short. Examples of TNB are whining that a white woman won't fuck you, thus causing you to resort to the aforementioned rape. I had a nigga come up behind me and tap me on the shoulder to get my attention while I was walking listening to loud music today. He just asked me for money and I just gave him the finger and kept going. But since when did nigga hobos start touching people?
