This would mean that if the entire US population received a flu shot, roughly three hundred people would develop this type of symptoms. Compare this with the ONE THOUSAND citizens of the US who have ALREADY DIED from the 2009 H1N1 strain. News stories about statistically insignificant cases of side effects will convince people at risk not to get the shot, for reasons which are not worth considering with a straight face.
