CONTEST PRIZE. The winner of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive $10,000 per month for a period of six months, to begin in January 2010 with final payment received in June 2010. The Contest Prize includes:

1. Free Rent in a Los Angeles Area Residence for the period from January 1, 2010 through June 30, 2010 (value will be determined by the market rate).
2. The honorary title of Naughty President. The Naughty President title does not bestow upon the Winner any of the privileges, assumptions, or responsibilities of the President and/or Chief Executive Officer of Naughty America or any of its affiliates. The Winner will not have the authority to legally bind Sponsor or any of its affiliates.

ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE CONTEST PRIZE: US $ 60,000.
3. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the Winner. The Winner may not assign or transfer the Contest Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
4. The Winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated value of the prize set forth in these Rules.
