I saw a Pakistani pizza place in Brooklyn. Always empty, but a very clean joint to tell the truth.

Yeah, this Serbo place was also empty, I was the only customer in the joint and I was very reluctant in maintaining a direct eye contact with the dude who was behind teh contact. He projected the vibe of "Yay! You are our best customer!!! Stop by every day for our pizza, the best in town!!!".

Only kind of pizza place you should go to besides one run by Italians, is a Mexican one. They do all the work at the Italian places, so they know how to do it right.

Yeah, there was even one mexican "deckhand" at the Serbian joint doing something in the kitchen area. The $1.00 Pizza in the city is run by the Mexicans.

Mexicans do all the work in ALL the restaurants, except Asian restaurants. It seems pretty common in Asian restaurants for the whole staff to be Asian. They'll even have grandma there, chopping green onions all day.

I noticed taht here in NYC the Mexican are to Pizza as Chinese to Sushi and Uzbeks/Georgians are to Russian food.

Lebanese run most of the steak houses here. There aren't many Mexicans working in the restaurants or any where else around here. Well the illegal ones anyway.
