No offense but people should cut her some slack. Without Jenna Jameson this industry would be as bush league as independent hockey. Becuase of women like Ginger Lynn and Jenna Jameson, mainstream tv shows, music videos and even movies are giving adult film the second look.
As far as her being an adult star/parent... most adult stars I met are better parents than athletes, lawyers, and other celebrties. I wish her the best.

I disagree Swami, The industry was doing fine before and after Jenna- she might have helped the companies she worked contractually but I don't agree with the supposition that she helped porn like say a Ginger Lynn did.

I also disagree, there have been many girls before here, like you mentioned Ginger, but also Traci Lords, also there was that Savannah chick who blew her brains out. Now Jesse or Teagan may be the next "Big" starlet for the porn industry. The industry will move along after Jenna leaves, and there were starlets before her as well.

you Guys bring up a point but what people fail to realize is that Jenna provided a good image. She wasn't a drug addited tradgedy (Savannah) a mental unbalanced sell out (Lords) nor did she leave the biz for long periods of time (Ginger).
I am not going to spout how I am in love with Jenna Jameson, or one of her fans because that is a lie. I find her to be attractive but not jaw droping, have never watched any of her movies, and I would say she has gotten more out of her looks that what most would.
But even my sisters know who she is (and they don't care for porn and never watch it). Jenna Jameson was able to show that you could do porn, not be mentally unbalanced, and make a career out of it... and showed the world that adult starlets were not coked out losers, whores, and degenerates.
Besides how many pro athletes would you let babysit your kid? Or Polticians? Or muscicians? Bottom line is that Jenna is to porn what Hulk Hogan was to wrestling... someone who drove its popularity to known porn fans (not to be mean to Teagan, Alexis Amore, Jesse Jane, or Carmen Luvana.. they are all incredibly sexy woman... but most people don't know or give a rats ass who they are.)

Jenna has had serious drug and alcohol problems. And beaten them and has gone on to be a big success. Look there are tons of talented people in porn and sports (Chris Washburn, Taylor Rain, Anabel Chong, Tony Tubbs, Michael Ray Richardson, David Thompson) who couldn't lick their problems. Hell most "normal people" can't do it.
I have jumped on the Anti-Jenna wagon for lots of reasons, but give credit... she has exceeded all expectation and worked her ass off.

You know for all the smack people talk about Jenna... I give her her due. She made the best out of the shit she was dealt with, worked her ass off, kicked her drug habbit, became the biggest damn name in this industry. And unlike 90 percent of the women in this business, will walk away being an onwer of her company, and being able to say she didn't have to do gangbangs, multiple anals, and pay off her pimp.

As far as her being a mom... she is not going to be in the biz when she has her kid. Hell she won't be like 30 percent of mothers in America who are under 21, single, and have no job security or education.
