I thought that conservatives were great respecters of process. Please try to reconcile Bush v. Gore's pre-emption of the state judicial process with a conservative's respect for judicial restraint and a due regard for states' rights. Forget about the mainstream media, go to the judicial opinions directly and reconcile them with traditional conservative jurisprudence.
