Janine Lindemulder’s ex-husband goes to court fighting for custody.

Janine’s biggest mistake, ex-husband Jesse James, was in court asking a judge to rule if Janine is fit to share custody of their 5-year-old daughter. He wanted Janine to prove that she could provide a safe environment for her daughter. He also asked that she not allow pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons, and other unsafe environments be around her daughter.

It was fine when Jesse married a porn star and got a porn star pregnant. But now suddenly after his new wife Sandra Bullock can’t have her own children, Janine is no longer fit to raise her own child and should be separated from her daughter and her daughter be separated from her older brother.

Considering the jobs and lifestyles Jesse and Sandra Bullock have, who are they to ask any judge to not allow children near pornographers, drug addicts, guns, felons, and an unsafe environment? Jesse’s world is all about everything he is hinting to a judge that Janine’s world is like. And Sandra’s world is Hollywood where there are no rules and far worse than anything Janine has ever encountered in her own life.

When someone also beats his wife throughout their marriage, tells her to abort the child he now suddenly wants custody of, and beats his wife while she is pregnant with that child, that person no longer has a voice in the raising of that child and is merely just the sperm donor.

After Jesse left a pregnant Janine for Sandra, he suddenly denied the child was his. After DNA tests proved he is the sperm donor, he and his new wife wanted nothing to do with Janine’s daughter and were completely out of the picture for the first three years of Sunny’s life. But after Jesse cut off his balls and handed them to Sandra, he came back into Sunny’s life and now wants to separate her from her mother and brother.

The judge in this case has said a review will be conducted after Janine is finally released from custody.

In a court income declaration, Janine listed Earl Miller Photography as her current employer and stated that she makes $12 an hour as a set designer there. While Jesse described himself as an “extraordinarily high earner” on his income statement but did not provide details. The details might read as “I married a wealthy Hollywood actress who can’t have her own children”.

Going to prison for not paying your taxes doesn’t make someone a bad parent. But everything he has put Janine and her daughter through for all these years does make Jesse a bad parent. Nothing has ever been said either against Janine as a parent when it comes to her 18-year-old son. Custody is only an issue now because Sandra Bullock can’t have children and needs a new toy to parade in front of the paparazzi.
