By owning the Tube sites Brazzers is taking a page from Steve Jobs: If you're going to lose sales to cannibalization, better make sure you own what's doing the cannibalization. That's what drives the rapid advances in the iPod, iPhone segment -- beating others to the punch. It's not such a big deal that a new gizmo kills the iPod if you also sell the new gizmo.

But in this case it's "Better do the stealing first, and steal everyone else's shit too." That's dirty business. Criminal, in fact. Just because the FBI and Justice Department aren't interested in enforcement of the law doesn't make it any less a crime. It just means the FBI and Justice Department are shitty.
