Lol Kingfish... are you for real?.
Sadly yes, I remember hanging out at the Comedy Store a few years ago -- I knew a bunch of different comedians so I spent a lot of time there -- and this guy was always bitter. The other comedians would make a lot of snide comments about this. Something happened to this guy.
In the mid 90s he was on a funny, successful network TV show (Newsradio) and when Phil Hartman (RIP) was murdered by his coked out cunt-wife the show lost it way and was cancelled. Then he got to host one of early very successful reality shows (Fear Factor) and it ran for many years.
The guy made millions from what he wanted to do in life and didn't seem to be happy. After Fear Factor left the air, he got involved in all these pro drug things and sleeved his arms. He was Mr. Martial Arts and clean living guy, then he was expounding the virtues of Ecstasy; not exactly what the suits at NBC/ABC/CBS/Fox want to see in sitcom star. Add to that his falling out with the Comedy Store over a very public battle with Carlos Mencia. I didn't say the guy wasn't funny, I just said he was bitter. Maybe he has changed his life around as I haven't seen him in about three or so years.
