There's no sense going after the pirates. It would be just like throwing pot smokers in jail.
I would recommend the studios get together (share the legal bill) and have the offending sites shut down. Last time I checked ICAAN was run in the US and subject to US law. I would suppose it would be fairly easy to prove willful copyright infringment in court and have the offending domains transfered or closed as damages.

Why would anyone pay for that traffic? It's absolute junk. A bunch of cheapskates who won't spend a dime on porno.
