Thanks for the kind words Eric, and I agree with you to some extent, I mean im still a star but its very clear im in the twilight of my career and I have to make sure im leaving all that ive built in the right hands, and the new youngsters in mark j, northrop, stevie why and ruby knox are great contributors, but you eric, you bring something brand new to the table, you can possibly take this to a new level if you can reach your full potential. I am just glad im still alive to see the early stages of your career eric.
