Head coaching is a fine art form, not every FORMER offensive or defensive coordinator has it. Weiss and Romeo Crennel were part of the PAtriots Reign of greatness from 2001 through january 2005, and then the peter prinicple takes hold and lo & behold both guys suck as head coaches. Meanwhile the coordinators King Belichik brought in to replace weiss and crennel did just as good. Whazzzat tell ya?
