Smell of $$ in North Jersey. Oil Refineries. Electricity Plants. While driving the Turnpike around Cranbury, I think, you occasionally get a butterscotch aroma from some big bakery. Where I live in Jersey, horse shit and alfalfa are the only scents you get, unless some critter is dead on the road.
