Yes, I have "tried" it. In my early years there was a great debate over whether I had ADD or wasn't being "challenged". In college I visited a specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in adults and was started on methylphenidate (short acting). It was a great help. Unfortunately, sometimes I shared it with my girlfriend and we wound up fucking like bunnies for hours.

It did tend to shrink your dick like a cold shower, but if you were REALLY turned on by your partner, that seemed to be easily overcome. Besides it only lasted about 3 hours.
