no I personally do not. If people truly wish to pray, etc. more power to them. Tommy Chong of all people posted a real nice vid on his idea of prayer and it was a very cool and introspective take. When I had cancer, I know my mom prayed a lot and she seemed to derive comfort from it. But I also went to the damn doctor.
What angers me is when people refuse medical attention or worse do not take their children to the hospital when they are sick because they believe in prayer over medicine.

Secondly (and I don't wanna get in the big atheism fight again) i think if prayer worked and god was a solid dude, why would he not cure everybody who was sick that prayed?
I like the idea of introspection and reflection, but not as a cure.....
