The title... well it's a long story, but it wasn't my first choice either. One major issue with the title is that it had to be something easily translatable into several languages-- I think that Goliath sells more books in Europe than in the US. So a title that sounds cool in English might sound ridiculous in German, or French. And it had to have a key word that meant "sexy" in all languages-- so if someone was searching for "erotic books" my book would come up in the search because of the title. At least that is what was explained to me.

Anyone who has published a book knows the "differences" the artist and the publisher often have, and the title was one thing I simply had to concede to. There's a lot more to the story actually, but it's very long and boring so that's all I'm going to say about the it.
