I am friends with some raw food people on facebook

Wuh? You don't seem the type to hand with the raw food type.

Who? David Wolfe? I was into him at first, but the more I got into raw foods, I realized he was all about selling supplements/potions/powders/superfoods, which IS NOT what raw food is about. Most people on my raw food board hate conspiracy theories and most raw foodists pretty much hate David Wolfe and find holes in most of these gurus.

Mmmmmmm....blueberries. Yum. I know what I'm having for breakfast. Thanx, Gia.

Isn't most of the conspiracy stuff about selling books, or powders or whatever? $200 a head seminars and such.

I did manaage to somehow get on a David Irving email list. I'd read a couple of his books on WWII and his footnotes and sourcing was impeccable, but I hadn't realized over the past few years he'd drifted into Holocaust denial. He was speaking at a college town near me, so I signed up to go see him. Talk about your clusterfucks. The original venue cancelled at the last minute, and I started getting these secretive emails that I had to call this number between x o'clock and y o'clock to find out the location and how many were in my party and such. It was all very weird, so I quick Wiki'd him and found out he was the darling of the Holocaust denying crowd. Well, that changed everything. You couldn't keep me away. I called and went to the speech. It was all the typical denial bullshit, cloaked in a proper English accent. Throw in how the Internation Bankers (you know who they are) were out to destroy him for telling the truth. Anyhoo, I showed the proper respect during the Q&A, got my copy of Hitler's War autographed, and drove home giggling like a mongloid. About every 6 months I get an email from him telling me about a secret speaking engagement near me and a reminder not to tell anyone who isn't "like- minded".

Ah, brushes with greatness. Almost as cool as having Vince Bugliosi sign my copy of Helter Skelter.
