Jelaila is Earth's Ambassador to the Galactic Federation and has numerous conference calls with these leaders of other planets; some of them in distant galaxies. They give her information which she "transmits" to members of her church in teleclasses- if you send her some money you get promoted in the church and can be contacted by the Sirius A Alliance.

I've desperately tried contacting Jelaila to establish a romantic connection with her but all my attempts have failed. Maybe she doesn't like me, I don't know. While NASA and SETI are wasting time finding planets Jelaila has already contacted the aliens and even working with them on the master plan.
