She wasn't *supposed* to fly that takeoff, and the weight distribution and other issues were the instructor's responsibilities.

Moreover, the physical evidence is right there in front of them: he had the controls and she didn't based on injuries. It's not clear why they don't admit it, other than the NTSB agenda to ban young pilots.

(it's like the French NTSB blaming Continental for the Concorde crash because they found a strip of metal on the runway, never mind that there's no reason to suspect the Concord ever hit it, and that the tire was going to blow out anyway due to monumental screwups on that tire assembly in the hanger - nope, the French airline can't be at fault and the report must be written that way)
