Putnam is the scumbag/asshole singer of Anal Cunt/Full Blown AIDS and a 100 other bands and guest appearances of varying levels of shittiness.(probably most well known out side of grindcore circles for doing backing vocals on Pantera's "The Great Southern Trendkill" album. He also did vocals on the Today Is The Day Song "Butterflies") He had a penchant for violent shows including hurling solid objects like chairs into the audience, strangling people with the microphone cable and randomly running into the audience and punching people along with general property destruction of any venue they played at. Kind of like G.G. Allin light. One of my all time favorite musicians. After 20+ years of writing songs like "I Became A Rape Crisis Counselor To Tell Women They Asked For It", "You Were Too Ugly To Rape, So I Beat The Shit Out Of You", "I Went Back In Time And Voted For Hitler" and "Conor Clapton Committed Suicide Because His Father Sucked" He got depressed and swallowed a box of ambian sleeping pills which put him into a coma for 2 months.....His legs now only kind of work and he walks mostly with a cane or a walker. Anal Cunt played the first ever live rendition of their song "You're In A Coma" with Putnam announcing "about 10 years ago we wrote this song about how gay it is to be in a comma,...then I really was in a comma and it really was gay to be in a comma...here's 'You're In A Comma'"
