Campus police officers at the University of California, Berkeley discuss their suspicions.
Two campus police officers at the University of California, Berkeley said Friday that they grew increasingly suspicious when they met the man suspected of kidnapping Jaycee Lee Dugard and holding her captive for 18 years.
Lisa Campbell and Ally Jacobs said that Phillip Garrido and his two daughters came to UC Berkeley on Monday to request permission to hold a religious event on campus.
They said Garrido seemed mentally disturbed and the girls wore drab clothes, had unnaturally pale complexions and appeared robotic and rehearsed when they spoke.
Garrido "was very animated" as he talked vaguely about holding a religious event that he said would "change the world" and reflect "God's desire" but he also seemed to be "unstable" and talked about the FBI, Campbell said.

Now, apply that security acuity to the tea-bagging attendees of town halls recently....
