Where is the data from the Euro side of the industry? How do they manage the safety issue, and what is their criteria? What are the differences between American and Euro studios in regards to the HIV issues?

It seems, from what little I know, that most of the HIV outbreaks in pron stem from lapses on the American side of the Industry. But I'm only basing that on what I read on the issues here, not abroad. The article points out that heavy regulation here would force the Industry abroad. Brazilian porn is condom heavy. But a lot of Russian, Czech, etc, aren't. Javanese and German porn are worse than Max Hardcore. The Internet has made porn Global. They do porn better than Americans do.

A condom mandatory industry here is a death sentence to it, considering it's Global competition.
