The key to Spiegler's "success" is this: How many of his contract girls escort on the side? I can't think of one. (And someone please remind me if there is one)

Yet with every other talent agent, a majority of their girls do. I still don't think we've heard the last of Michele Braun and her squealing, and some sort of legal shit with a good number of talent agents will follow within the next year. (Joel Lawrence skipped town, Derek Hay's been rumored to be on thin ice for a while, as have Shy Love and whoever else is still running "talent" agencies out of Los Angeles). I think there's a very good possibility with the current administration that legal troubles will shift from obscenity to escorting (especially with all those weird Patriot Act laws Obama and the Dems have done nothing about when it comes to large cash withdraws, the same stuff that got Elliot Spitzer in trouble in the first place).

I think Spiegler's insulated himself well enough to avoid most possible prosecutions (Federal shit, mind you) to be the last one standing if the hammer falls.

Say whatever the fuck you want about his "Blow Job" practice, (which no one besides XPT's favorite Skeeter has provided any info on...any what did that result in...a fucking $3K defamation lawsuit?) but there's a good chance he may have the last laugh.
