I agree. It's all a gimmick that that's worked out with the whore in advance. "OK, then you act bored and I'll threaten you. It'll help you sharpen your acting chops." Maybe it sells to the guy who's a closet women hater, thinking he's seeing something "real". But for the most part, it's all acting. And has been done better. If this is Jack, he's a better writer than off- screen anonymous voice.
