I only ever hear totally conflicting things about Vancouver. Some people tell me it is a drugged out mess and some people love living there and think it is beautiful.

Also, is it true that the weather there is such that one could pretty much live outdoors year-round? I have met a few hobo type characters here who want to go there so they can bum around all year. I just don't know if that is true.
