Well, you do have a small point about her ability to win a case, but not about her ability to get his identifying information and to drag him into court.

But who ever claimed that our legal system isn't corrupt? All she has to do is offer her daughter up to the judge and Viola she wins her case, gets everything Redgoat owns, and can finally afford to buy a bus pass to get to the unemployment center.





She'd have to find a lawyer to take her case first. What barrister in their right mind would take her case? She has way way too much baggage that would be dragged up. Plus, it's all in reaction to the things she writes. No one has just attacked her from out of nowhere for no reason. It's been mostly either rebuttal or satire to her inane scribblings. It would be impossible for her to show have the things we've said have damaged her more than she has damaged herself with her lifetime of poor choices.
