ok first off let me start by saying this is all bullshit. I sent Cheyenne a check for doing the shoot. 2 days after the shoot she told me she didnt get the check and i told her to give it a couple days and that it should be there by the weekend or the latest the following monday.. She called me monday and told me the check didnt show up and that i was scaming her.. I told her to chill out and that she wasnt being scammed and that I would put a stop payment on the check and send another check out.. She then started making threats over the phone and i told her if she didnt becarfull I would Just delete the content and tell her to fuck herself.. She started calling me names and saying i was fake and that she did research on me and blah blah blah.. i told her I didnt have time for this and that I would put a check in the mail.. She called me later that night before I could do so and made more threats saying you cant not pay me and I dont care what you do with the content but you owe me money.. I told her at that point cause i was so pissed that the content was going to be wiped and that I was done with her.. She at that point came to my house and left a note in my mailbox.. By the way I wasnt home my landlord was.. I must have goten home shortly after she left it in the box. I told her in a text if she came back over i would call the cops.. and at that point i did cause i didnt want to deal with her. She then started blasting me all over the net.. I understand there are alot or creeps out there and it makes things like this situation look even worse.. Well She can take me to small claims I dont care.. I wont pay that cunt not just cause of the threats cause I was trying to cool down and then I would have met with her agent and paid him or her but she posted shit on me all over the place.. She got me evicted because she had posted the address i was staying at online. She is a nitemare.. Now I have to admit I didnt handle things the best way. I should have understood that she is a chic and new to the buiss and propably thought the worse and I should have ignored the threats but she wouldnt stop. And then by her posting those adds online it put it over the top.. But in the end this is whats going to happen.. I have deleted all content that was shot that day. I will not pay her because she caused me some bullshit and made threats against me. No im not afraid of her but then again you never know.. i also lost my place because of her. My family and friends were contacted on myspace and facebook and I had to shut both down because people were sending them porn. I was also a mod on a gijoe website and people were sending members there links to porn.. The thing they didnt realise is there are kids on that site and that is so uncool. You want to blast me here then what ever, but to post porn a a childrens toy site thats some messed up stuff. But hey she can try to take me to small claims she wont win. Oh and by the off chance she dose then i will pay her but I dought it because of all the shit she has posted.
