On my one visit to Tacoland, I was blown away by the number of dogs running around. On any random street, you could count at least 5 or 6 wandering mutts. They must breed like wetbacks.

The UN should allocate a special grant for Mexico to bring in teams of expert dog catchers. If the pooches were rounded up and delivered to Mexico's butchers, they could kill two birds with one stone.
