BUT, if we are talking about quality of FOLLOW-up, maintenance care, shit like which one of us would get a prescription for drug-store grade heroin and which would get a coupon for Tylenol, or which one of us gets the Physical Therapist that looks like Cindy Crawford and which one of us gets the fat bitchy german-extract named "Madge" who is as gentle as sandpaper used as a condom, well yeah, you're going to get the short end of that stick bro...
