NO SHIT, I am an NPC national level competitor so I know all about lifting & eating right...but eitherway that is irrevelant...when someone is built someone has to hate on them this cracks Me up...especially coming from an industry w/SO MANY junkies...enough about that I'm sorry this is honestly Gen's thread & I'm not trying to start trouble b/c haters will always B haters so it is not worth My time
