Have you ever called the fucks @ this place?? Motherfucker, EVERY time, 15 minutes on hold? Jesus H.!! AND NOW they tell me it's not in stock, even though it says it is availlable at THAT fucking location on the website!!

Ha do you honestly think the concept of customer service even exists anymore? We have become slave to paying the lowest price for the cheapest shit. That extra buck or two paid to the local guy seems like the bargain of the century now. Is Fry's a Big Box place, or just another chain?


PS: My buddies used to own an used record store where they frequently terrorized and humiliated people with dumb questions. They had the the best motto ever:

" If It's Not in Stock, Then We Don't Have It!"

Yeah I should know better. Somehow, I still hold out hope for the days of yesteryear, when people with those jobs actually cared about providing services. It's the definition of insanity when you keep doing something in spite of knowing the reality, and still expecting different results...
