Its all lawful. You are measuring the Renta Crap customer against yourselves. These people tried and failed manage their money. They are people who can't even get checking accounts because the many bad checks they have passed. These stores serve a need. Since these people have not been able to conform to the fiscal norms of the rest of society then governments will allow them to get ripped off. So they end up paying 2g for a 300 dollar net book because those people can't save onehundred bones a week or month.
I had a repo job working for these guys when I was in my late teens. It isn't like the movie cats.
No magic cars.
No kool and kookie mentors.
Just a whole lotta disappointed and mad as shit people... You feel bad for them until you come to the conclusion...
