Worked with computers for years and the best advice I can give, even though you won't want to hear it is:

Flatten and rebuild.

Use the same machine and start over like new.

Take it all apart, clean out all the dust with compressed gas. Replace and worn out fans.

Then reinstall windows/whatever OS you use.

Sometimes you have to just take it a a loss and start over.
