I just remembered how I did it. I downloaded some legit anti-virus (and the only computer I had to download it with happened to be a Mac... but, that's beside the point), then burned the anti-virus to CD. I was able to install the anti-virus from the CD onto the Windows box. Then, the anti-virus software found the virus and it was gone pretty much instantly. Well, there was like an hour or two wait for the anti-virus scan to finish. I forget why it took that long to scan, don't think it normally does. But, the virus itself was found in like the first 5 minutes of the scan.
