I've seen some other photos of the guy's face, and it appears he had a cleft palate repaired by surgery. In the photos above, that could be possible. Facial "deformity" doesn't cripple the personality of every cleft palate kid, but it could be a contributing factor to why this guy had problems.

Luckily, Obama and the Democrats have a plan to deny medical care to such people. Under Obamacare, George Sodini would have been euthanized shortly after birth, saving the taxpayers the cost of his maxillofacial surgery and protecting his future victims from harm.
