Most people (including you) assumed it was a tragic accident. It wasn't until the second plane hit that anyone realized we were being attacked. Kerry would've done the SAME damn thing.

OK, I misread your statement the first time. But you are wrong on this. Bush did not finish reading a book to kids after the second plane hit. He immediately addressed the nation from the elementary school. Within minutes,the Secret Service had him on Air Force One en route to an Air Force Base in Louisiana. Bush was in the air within 20 minutes of the second plane hitting the North Tower.
