You made several invalid points, my friend.

1. "Bush is against stem cell research"
-Wrong. He's opposed to federally FUNDING embryonic stem cell research because of ethical concerns that the embryo might actually constitute a person. Bush, however, is NOT opposed to stem cell research in general.

4. "the "war" in Iraq."
-You sound just as clueless and deluded as every liberal I've ever heard. The war against Iraq was spear-headed by SEVERAL intelligence sources indicating that the Iraqi dictatorship had WMD and provided safe haven for terrorists (including Al Qaeda). If you are President (post 9/11) and you receive this intelligence and ignore it, I want you thrown out of office and prosecuted for gross negligence and disregard for human life.

5. "Halliburton"
-What about Halliburton?

6. "WMD"
-Again, several intelligence sources in the U.S., Britain and Russia indicated WMD production in Iraq. Quit with the slanted liberal banter and open your eyes to the facts for a change.

7. "When the second plane hit on 9/11 Bush did not respond immediately, instead he finished reading a book to an elementary school class, proving that he is a man who doesn't think on his feet."
-Hindsight is perfect isn't it pal? After the first airplane struck the WTC, few people, if any, recognized it for what it was (terror attack). Most people (including you) assumed it was a tragic accident. It wasn't until the second plane hit that anyone realized we were being attacked. Kerry would've done the SAME damn thing.

8. "Ashcroft's war on porn"
-I'm not voting for an indecisive, gutless liberal just because I want more grotesque porn (and that's assuming Kerry's AG would be any less restrictive).

9. "George Bush wants to dictate when we have the election in case of a terrorist attack. Wouldn't that be convenient."
-Never said he wanted to act on this, merely raised the possibility (which could thwart the toppling of our government). It's also highly unlikely. At the very least, it would take a constitutional amendment to pull this off.

10. Michael Powell and the FCC
-What's your concern with the FCC? Are they too harsh on your buddy Howard Stern?

11. Bush's service records were destroyed, and no one that served with the guy can be found.
-Since when are service records (and a military buddy) required to be President of the United States?

12. Osama Bin Laden
-Can't find him, you're right. But are you trying to persuade me that Kerry can? If so, you're in liberal la-la land.

13. The Patriot Act
-So you're opposed to wire-tapping and surveillance of U.S. citizens who may be suspected of terrorist activity and labeling them "enemy combatants"? Sure, why not let the "John Walker Lindhs" of the country cultivate terror cells from California to Maine and assist Al Qaeda in another attack? Sound good to you? By the way, Kerry voted for the Patriot Act before he flip-flopped.

17. Bush's Medicare bill will cost at least $534 billion over the next decade.
-OK, and now Kerry's health care plan.... I'm all ears.

18. The Pentagon deleted from a public transcript a statement Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld made to author Bob Woodward suggesting that the administration gave Saudi Arabia a two-month heads-up that President Bush had decided to invade Iraq.
-So what's your point on this?

"and on, and on, and on...."
-I doubt it, all of your counter-points have been paper thin to this point.

As per my original post, nobody can come up with anything resembling a sensible response that favors Kerry. Nice try, but as I anticipated, it falls far short.
