She's his next door neighbor! You gotta be stone cold to blow off a neighbor who you know you will come across in the months ahead.

I grew up next door to this family who had a small basketball court in their back yard. Played over there all the time. But, like 3 years ago, parents had some feud with them over water drainage. Every time I pass them while they're out walking in the neighborhood, or just see them in their back yard, it's still... *shiver* And, I'm only over their like once or twice a month. Still sucks.
